The room set outside the back of the hotel , was facing a wall 3m away, and was more alike staff accomodation than a hotel guest room.
Whilst my wife enjoyed her meal, i found "Le Burger" a hugely disappointing experience, comprising a small dry bun with no moisture, sauce or alleviating quality.
The cheese course was sadly unadventurous given Frances's great tradition, comprising a small wedge of brie, camenbert, and goat cheese, plus three lettuce leaves.
Trés satisfait dans l'ensemble.
Nous étions à la chambre 25 à l'exterieur du batiment principal.
Il n'y a pas de rideau occultant donc nous étions obligé de fermer les volets pour avoir de l'intimité, la conséquence c'est qu'on a plus de lumière extérieure.
La salle polyvalente était situé à 3m de notre chambre avec une soirée qui s'est terminée à 4h du matin, nous n'avons pas été informé par l'hotel ce que je trouve inacceptable.
La moindre des choses est de prévenir les clients ou de les déplacer vers des chambres plus loin.

Très bonne étape, très bon restaurant, qualité, et prix raisonnable.
La décoration date un peu, mais le confort est là, c'est le principal.
Chambre21 agréable, mais humide après 2 douches et difficile à aérer en février.
Un peu cher plus de 200€ chambre, dîner et petit dej.
